Pin up and a rose

Some tattoos done recently.

Girl head rose

I usually draw the tattoos I do before hand, but I figured with the space we were trying to fill, it’d be better to draw it on. this is on my good friend Josh from Virginia.

Shark fight

Finished this painting today. It’s for a trade with  tattooer Lacie Greer. It didn’t scan very well.. Oh well, here it is!

Some recent tattoos.

Here’s a few tattoos I’ve done in the past week or two. The owl was a fun walk in and the dragon was done on my good friend Rob. Also, an update of the foo dog I posted a while ago. Can’t wait to work on it more.

Drawings for upcoming tattoos..

I finished these two line drawings today, and I’m stoked to tattoo ’em both. Drastically different styles I know, but both will be fun. The Bride of Frankenstein will be in an American Traditional style, which is how most of my stuff is done. The foo dogs/ lotus’s will be Japanese. A style I’m trying to do more of.

Soldier’s Memorial

Did this one a while ago on a vet, and his buddy liked it so much, I had to do it twice. Thanks for serving!

Cobra cover up.

Another tattoo on my good friend Chris, and also a cover up. I don’t have a before picture, but he’s got a Him tattoo hidden in the left side of the cobra’s hood (his left). I believe we’re going to add the body in the future, but we’re still unsure.

non timebo mala

Here’s an old revolver I did, the quote translates to “I will fear no evil”. I think. I don’t do as many black n gray tattoos as I do color, but I like doing both.

sharks!

Here are some more shark tattoos… Probably one of my favorite subjects to tattoo.. The first one is on my friend and fellow tattooer Kelly. I think she may be in to sharks more than me, as she has a leg full of ’em. The second one is on a friend I first tattooed while tattooing at California Tattoo in Savannah, GA. I did this one during a guest spot at Stranded Tattoo in Savannah. In fact, I did the guest spot specifically to tattoo Tony because he’s in the military and would be in town for a short time. It would’ve been inconvenient for him to travel to Charleston so I just made it easier and went to him. The third one is on a regular customer and friend, Taylor. When she told me she wanted a shark with a top hat and monocle, I was stoked!

Time flies..

Done on my friend Bradley. I really wish I could find the reference drawing for this one..
